Information for parents about Pupil Progress

Pupil Progress is our new system to share the progress that your child is making in every subject. It produces reports in a pdf format so that you can view them easily on your phone or tablet. This system replaces the termly monitoring reports and, we hope you will agree, that Pupil Progress provides much more information to help you understand the strengths and areas for improvement for your child.

Pupil Progress is accessed through a free downloadable App (via the Apple or Google Play store).

How do I access the parent App?

Please use the mobile phone which you want to access the App with to open the invitation email that you have received from us. Then tap the link in that email. If you have not received an invitation email, please check your junk / spam email folder, then if you still can't find the email, contact school. Once you have activated your account via your invitation email, you will be able to create a password and sign in to the App.

If you have more than one child at school, you will be able to access both reports through the App.

The link for help with any App issues is here:

What does this information in the report mean?

Take a look in the 'Student reports explained' section on the link above for guidance about understanding student reports and their terminology. Mr Rooney has also created a helpful video to explain the terminology in the report. Pupils have also had sessions in school with their form teacher so that they better understand the information contained in their report and we encourage you to discuss the report with your child.
