The Emotion Resilience Programme is a personal development programme being delivered at Holy Family Catholic High School. The programme's main objective is to improve the well-being and emotional awareness of young people. It facilitates their understanding of emotions and how they impact on subsequent feelings and behaviour. The programme enables young people to develop resilience and coping strategies that they can use within their everyday life at home, school and beyond.
The programme operates from a psychological perspective that allows children/young adults to develop an understanding how their thinking patterns impact on their feelings and subsequent action/behaviour.
The programme provides support for young people with issues relating to low self-esteem and confidence by helping to restore and maintain a healthy balanced level.
We also offer bespoke support for schools and Agencies
