Kooth.com is a free, safe, and anonymous online mental health service. We are BACP Accredited, with no waitlists and no referrals. We provide online counselling, as well as self- help tools and community support resources. All content across our site is pre-moderated, ensuring a safe and supportive community. Kooth is available 365 days a year, 24/7 across Sefton for 10-25 year olds. We are still working over the festive period including the bank holidays, just with shorter opening hours.
