2020 Another impressive set of results in the Sixth Form

  • 100% pass rate in all subjects
  • Nearly a half of all the grades achieved were at A*/A or Distinction*/Distinction
  • Over a quarter of all grades achieved were at A* or Distinction*
  • Average grade in the Sixth Form was a grade B
  • Over 80% of all grades at grade C/Merit and above

Once again we are delighted with this year’s achievements and they are so well deserved with all the additional challenges presented to our students this year.  Again, there was 100% pass rate and just under half of the grades were an impressive A*/A or Distinction*/ Distinction.  There have been many strong individual performances at all ability levels and the overwhelming majority of students have been accepted onto their first choice of university course or into their chosen career. The results are a reflection of the hard work and commitment of all the students, despite the disruption to their education, and to the ongoing dedication of the staff.  We would like to congratulate our students, thank their parents for their unfailing support, and offer our very best wishes for the future.
